Michelle Shimohara is the kind of Realtor® who treats every client like family. Born in Montebello and now living in Monterey Park, Michelle’s work ethic was shaped early on while watching her parents run their small business, Masuda Carpet Cleaners. Her father approached every customer like a friend, while her mother managed the details behind the scenes. From them, Michelle learned the value of hard work, honesty, and building lasting relationships—principles that continue to define her career.

Before real estate, Michelle spent over 20 years in outside sales with Fortune 500 companies, where she ranked regionally and nationally for her performance. In 2014, she made the leap into real estate and quickly discovered her true passion. She studied diligently, passed her exam on the first try, and had the privilege of mentoring under one of the Top 100 agents in California, gaining firsthand experience in pricing, negotiations, and handling complex transactions.
